The other added advantage is that our sister concerned companies, being the approved dealer of the reputed companies like Conzerve, Havells, SEMS etc. can supply meters and cables saving a lot of precious time to our customers.
We have a team of experienced and qualified engineers to attend to the breakdowns reducing the downtime. Our team can assist in commissioning of the systems. We also render technical support in the projects connected with electrical power and conduct case studies. As we incur certain costs in rendering these services we request the customers to share its burden.
All our products carry one year performance guarantee against manufacturing defects. For the bought out components, though we try to extend all possible support, the customer may have to rely on the manufacturers guarantee as per the norms set by them. Non consumable spares are replaced free of charge during the guarantee period, beyond which they will be charged as applicable.
